Such web portals will also

provide you with tools that you need to market your beats

effectively.

hip hop beats
beats
custom beats
trap beats
rap and hip hop beats
hip hop tracks
beats for sale
Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03895001283549603544noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4485886411010006905.post-41455539181011134502007-05-01T12:03:00.000-07:002007-05-01T12:03:00.000-07:00culture is a by-product of the actions of people a...culture is a by-product of the actions of people and hip hop, as a culture, is no different. there are people who live and produce the art, people who sign the acts, people who pimp the market and people who purchase the products.

so if we embrace hip hop for all of its positive attributes and consider ourselves to be a part of the culture, then we need to check *all people* contributing to the evolution of the culture.

since corporations control radio and tv, the label, marketing and programming executives need to be held accountable for feeding the public this steady diet of (c)rap. if we can make a dent in that money making methodology - open it back up to include what the majority considers to be real hip hop ('cause sub-genres are constructs, so record sales really don't mean shit in reality) - then the artists will be in a position to check themselves.

those who continue to produce c(rap) will have to go back to using their trunks and our internet to peddle their shit. if they don't evolve as artists - or if the we, the market, don't embrace them - well, then the results are on them.

so the question returns to how can we hold corporate labels, radio and television responsible without legislation? how can the internet play a role in this solution?sean coonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02167380857605750914noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4485886411010006905.post-64217873412947826432007-04-30T08:24:00.000-07:002007-04-30T08:24:00.000-07:00This is so real and so relevant. Myself, like man...This is so real and so relevant. Myself, like many people was trying to decipher what to look at as the origin for this denigration of our (black) culture. Many people want to blame the artists who proliferated on the airwaves. Yet the responsibility is that of the corporations who market music unabashedly with only the bottom-line in mind, pandering to the most lascivious portions of human nature. I am all for the fairness in hip-hop movement and I pledge to spread the message.Denverhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13068516051530215152noreply@blogger.com
